The training period is 9 months. After the first 3 months, a theoretical and practical examination of the last 30 training units takes place. Each successfully completed training course will be accompanied by a partial certificate issued by Try-act EWIV and Quotion.

Trial day, you can experience and follow the actual practical job for one day. Both parties will observe each other.
Practical day with instruction, training and start. You will spend a day with a mentor to see what the job involves. At the same time, we will also evaluate you.

At the beginning of the first working day we will complete your employment contract and other forms. Afterwards, we provide extensive theoretical sales training.
Your two-week test phase begins with a final evaluation interview. In this conversation, we'll discuss topics like, "How did you do during these last two weeks," "How well do you perform?" and "What are your scores?" Afterwards we will continue the course for two weeks and evaluate again after two weeks.
From the start day onwards, you will receive an evaluation every four weeks.
We evaluate the following criteria:
Hands-on and practical
The training lasts 9 months and there is a test every 3 months. Our theoretical and practical examinations comprise a total of 30 training units. The practical test takes place literally "on site" and is carried out with your personal team leader.
With all these conversations and practical experience, we create a personal portfolio that forms the basis for your professional qualifications.
After six months you will receive an assessment and together with you we will determine your future professional orientation, e. g. sales field service or internal service, sales
representative or account manager. We can also recommend another type of industry where your sales experience would be desirable, such as temporary employment intermediary, telephone sales representative and so on.
After nine months, we will have you tested by an independent body. After successful completion of the exam you will receive your professional certificate as a Sales Assistant (level MBO3) and upon successful completion as an Account Manager (level MBO4). In addition, you can obtain the official Certificate of Basic Legal & Regulatory Skills in Customer Contact and you will receive a certificate of successful work experience and an ECVET Certificate of Professional Standards.

You have completed your MBO studies, have a certificate, 9 months of decisive professional experience, an ECVET classification with regard to your professional standard, which exceeds the professional limitations, and can now continue working with us. We guarantee you a job with Quotion itself or with third parties via our network in the professional career direction determined for you after six months. After you have earned your professional diploma, there is always a well-paid job.
